Summary
Just curious: I wonder why we have posted speed limits. My experience has shown that probably more than 90 percent of drivers do not obey them; and there don't seem to be any law enforcement officers anywhere around who will enforce them.
The second question I have has to do with driving the speed limit. If several cars, which are driven by those speeders, get lined up behind someone who is driving the speed limit, the person driving the speed limit gets cited for impeding traffic -- if perchance there happens to be an officer around.See the full content of this document
