WEST JORDAN -- Two sisters, ages 2 and 3, were in state protective custody Tuesday after police found them walking alone and underdressed from their apartment to a fast-food restaurant.
Police received a call about 9:30 p.m. Monday from a passer-by about two toddlers walking by themselves near 7800 South and Old Bingham Highway. West Jordan police Sgt. Dan Roberts said the girls were "not appropriately dressed," with neither one wearing a coat.See the full content of this document
