Nov. 20 is National Family Volunteer Day and an excellent time for families to make a difference. Listed below are volunteer opportunities that could make a difference this week in someone's life.
-- The Utah State Hospital needs volunteers to make and donate gifts for people with mental illness and/or disabilities. Families can make birthday bags, read a book on tape or tie quilts.
