Kudos to Salt Lake City for the sidewalk improvements along 1300 East from 1300 South to 2100 South. But where is UDOT?
The road surface has been patched and layered to the point the curbs, in some places, are 10 to 18 inches below the road surface. Individuals have installed makeshift steel plates and inadequate culverts so owners can have access to their driveways.
