I listened with much interest to comments made by Wayne Holland, chairman of the Utah Democratic Party, on KTVX-TV the other evening, taking Attorney General Mark Shurtleff to task for his intention to sue the federal government over the unconstitutionality of the health care reform bill. Holland claims Shurtleff is only doing it for "political" reasons.
