SPRINGVILLE -- City leaders have hired Bradley L. Stapley of Truckee, Calif. as the city's new public works director, beginning April 5.
Stapley replaces Bert Oakley, who retired several months ago. Stapley is now assistant general manager of the Truckee Sanitary District, where he has worked for 13 years. He also worked for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.See the full content of this document
