Summary
I must disagree with Niel Harmon's complaints about the efforts of Sandy police to protect us against the wild ones who can't -- or won't -- read the speed limit signs. With pedal to the metal, they are a danger to all. Radar-assisted enforcement only offends those who violate our codes. I'd double the number of such tools to help our hard-working officers if the fines generated would permit it.
