Summary
I am disappointed that Utah -- along with a handful of other "sore losers" states -- wants to waste taxpayer money on an ill- fated lawsuit to prevent the enactment of health care legislation. I hope the fiscally conservative citizens of Utah will prevent this disgrace. Taxpayers in Utah deserve better than to have their taxes going toward frivolous lawsuits.
Health care reform passed fair and square by the majority vote of duly elected officials. Even those who are championing the lawsuit admit they already know they'll lose, because of a document known as the Constitution. They just want to prove a point and are willing to burn taxpayers' money in the process.See the full content of this document
