FORT BRAGG, N.C. -- Pfc. Lynndie England should face additional charges for mistreating Iraqi detainees at the Abu Ghraib prison in Baghdad, Army prosecutors said Tuesday at the end of a hearing to determine whether England should be court-martialed.

Capt. Crystal Jennings, one of three Army prosecutors on the case, said, "The government has gone beyond what's required" to show that England, 21, should be court-martialed because she was a willing participant in the abuse. England was an office clerk at Abu Ghraib where detainees were abused last year, and she became a worldwide symbol of the scandal because of photos that showed her posing with naked detainees.
