Office vacancies are fading as new job growth spurs businesses to seek out new space. At the RiverPark Corporate Center in South Jordan, tenants are lining up.

The office park, located at 10757 S. 720 West, was started in late 2000 and includes three existing office buildings with 284,000 square feet of space. The park will more than double in size over the coming two years as three new office buildings, totaling more than 450,000 square feet, begin construction. Groundbreaking occurred Thursday.
