BRIGHAM CITY -- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever shot and killed a peregrine falcon on the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge.

Wildlife officials said the shooting happened on Nov. 15. Duck hunters heard the shot and later found the falcon's body. A four- door dark truck pulling a duck boat was seen leaving the area.
