Summary
Corey Matthews' generalization that in Utah "it is less about your voting record and more about what religion you belong to" (Readers' Forum, July 25) is an insult to the many people in this state who vote for a candidate based upon their voting record and values. Just as Gov. Jon Huntsman has the right to disagree with his father and support Sen. John McCain, I have the right to disagree with our governor. Religion has nothing to do with it. It is about educating yourself on the issues and voting your conscience.
