Summary
A little over a year ago I signed up with a program that allows me to make unlimited long-distance phone calls, both in-state and out of state, for a single monthly fee. I was and still am pleased with this service. However, when I began reviewing my monthly bills, I found that I was paying $10 per month more than customers in other states. Upon inquiring about this extra charge, I was told that it was because of Qwest's rights to the telecommunication traffic in Utah.
