Summary
As the issue of "Medigap J" has exploded upon the Provo School District, I continually hear and read comments like "promises haven't been kept by the district" and "there's only so much money."
The district doesn't have promises to keep, it has a debt to pay. A good house cleaning -- or a visit to the wood shed -- is needed. For the sake of our children and the dedicated employees, pay the debt and start moving in a positive direction to re-build the district.See the full content of this document
