A Utahn who cheated 86 people out of Fiesta Bowl tickets using an Internet auction -- ultimately costing them more than $200,000 -- was sentenced to prison Monday.

Third District Judge Sheila McCleve sentenced Mark Beaver, 49, to 1-to-15 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to eight counts of communications fraud and two counts of theft, all second-degree felonies.
