Summary
Get involved in a serious crime, get caught, and you are going to prison. Your privileges to go where you want to go and do what you want to do are drastically limited. However, thanks to the government and the civil liberty organizations, you will receive free medical care, housing, food and clothing. You can even receive an education and job training. Go to Cancun, get caught in a hurricane and you are going to experience some of the same consequences. You will become a prisoner. You will not be able to go where you want to go or do what you want to do. You will, however, be given an education. You'll learn that you will not be receiving the same kind of medical care, housing, food or treatment that even the criminals in this country get from the government.
