Summary
I would like to commend Amy Donaldson for her excellent, thorough coverage of prep tennis and, indeed, all prep sports. Amy shows up to the matches, talks to coaches and looks to highlight the excellence both on the court and off. One only has to look at the Tribune article in comparison to see the excellent writing when Amy covered the same event.
While the Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes love affair is big news to some, the really big news is these fine young scholar-athletes. This is important news to parents, students, coaches and teachers.
