BRIGHAM CITY -- A man accused of taking a teenage girl as a polygamous wife has struck a plea deal with prosecutors.
During a court appearance in 1st District Court on Monday, Gerald P. Roskelley, 39, pleaded guilty to charges of forcible sex abuse and unlawful sex with a 16-or-17-year-old.
