Summary
I applaud Salt Lake City for taking the time and effort to set up a hotline number for shopping cart collection. In the time I have lived by Liberty Park, I have taken advantage of the service almost on a monthly basis.
I commend the city and stores such as Smith's and Lowe's for their prompt pickups. Sadly, Wal-Mart consistently fails to pick up their carts. I wonder what would happen if I started tossing them in a Dumpster. It may affect their bottom line.
