BLUFFDALE -- Back to Basics Products Inc. said Monday it has settled its patent infringement litigation against TerraStar International Inc.
In a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court, Back to Basics had alleged that TerraStar International's "Smooth Creations" smoothie maker infringed a Back to Basics patent.
