BLUFFDALE -- Back to Basics Products Inc. said Monday it has settled its patent infringement litigation against TerraStar International Inc.
In a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court, Back to Basics had alleged that TerraStar International's "Smooth Creations" smoothie maker infringed a Back to Basics patent. The settlement follows admission of patent violations and patent validity by TerraStar, which sold its smoothie maker through limited retail distribution.See the full content of this document
