Welders accidently started a fire on the roof of the old OSHA headquarters in Salt Lake City Friday.
Just after 8:33 a.m., a fire was reported at a building being renovated at 1781 S. 300 West. The first arriving crews found heavy smoke coming from the building, said Salt Lake City Deputy Fire Chief Dan Andrus.See the full content of this document
