Summary
I am so glad that some in our Legislature have a backbone and recognize extortion when they see it. It is inconceivable to me that a few environmental professional activists can dictate to the state of Utah where we can build our roads, how we build them and who can drive on them. If the people don't stand up to them now, despite the cost and inconvenience, when will we? I urge the Legislature to vote against the Legacy cave-in.
