HIGHLAND - City leaders have their collective eye on funds from President Barack Obama's stimulus package to build a new Mount Timpanogos Cave visitors center and have hired a lobbyist to help them get it.
The City Council recently hired Bill Simmons for $5,000 a month to go after federal construction funds now while the stimulus package is still being formed.
