Ellis County law enforcement officers have been cleared of any wrongdoing in the Jan. 25 shooting of Alicia Wingate, 26, and Aaron Millenson, 18, of Englewood, Colo., according to a statement from the office of Ellis County Attorney Thomas J. Drees.
