PROVO -- The Utah County attorney's office is investigating the case of an officer shooting a man who had threatened to run over police officers with his car.
The 22-year-old Provo man was shot in the forearm early Sunday morning after he refused to stop driving an SUV toward officers on the side of a road, said Provo Police Capt. Rick Healey.
