DENVER -- A federal judge ordered prosecutors on Tuesday to hand over details about the expected testimony of a former finance chief in the trial of former Qwest Communications chief executive Joe Nacchio on insider trading charges.

U.S. District Judge Edward Nottingham said the note fits the definition of a statement that must be turned over, but he ruled that other notes sought by defense attorneys do not have to be shared.
