More Charges Likely in Dynamite Case

KAYSVILLE -- A Kaysville man could face federal charges after police say two sticks of dynamite were found in his former apartment.

Jeffery Scott Sill, 42, was charged in 2nd District Court this week with recklessness with an incendiary device, a second-degree felony. Sill's former landlord discovered the dynamite in a kitchen drawer as she was cleaning out the apartment after Sill was recently evicted, said Kaysville police detective Bryan Barry.
