A 20-year-old West Valley man was charged with murder Tuesday in 3rd District Court after he allegedly shot and killed Guillermo Padilla as they were driving seperate cars down a West Valley street.
According to court documents, Gene Garza was in the passenger seat of a car driving near 3200 West and 4100 South on May 25 when he saw Padilla following behind in a silver Honda. He allegedly pulled a black handgun from his waistband and began firing.See the full content of this document
