Summary
I recently heard about an area of wetlands in my neighborhood that will soon be destroyed and paved over for an off-leash dog park. I can't believe that the City Council could be so uncaring. Don't they know that it's not just a swamp?
The wetlands are in Cottonwood Heights and double as an outdoor classroom for local students to experience nature. The thing with dog parks is that only people with dogs really enjoy them -- the rest of us aren't so eager to go to a dog park.See the full content of this document
