Summary
I am responding to your July 31 editorial, "If Not Holladay, Where?" about the proposed Holladay group home for delinquent mentally handicapped young men. Most, if not all, of the neighborhood residents are deeply concerned about related safety, property value and crime rate issues.
At the community meeting at Olympus High School, even though we were told that the proposal would exclude youths who have committed sex offenses, I heard Jerry Jeffries say that he could not guarantee that this would always be the case.
