Robert Allen Kartchner, the 21-year-old Orem man who abducted a kindergartner last October and left him in the mountains after binding his arms and legs with electrical tape, was sentenced Thursday in Provo's 4th District Court to spend a minimum of 15 years in the Utah State Prison.
