LEHI -- The first woman to hold a position on the Lehi City Council, JoAnn Karren Brown, died March 10, 2006, after a battle with brain cancer. She was 74.
Mrs. Brown served three terms on the Lehi City Council from 1968 to 1980. In 1978, she was the first woman president of the League of Cities and Towns.See the full content of this document
