SACRAMENTO -- If the Jazz could just get someone, anyone, to stand up and claim the job of shooting guard, Jerry Sloan perhaps could finally wrap yet another episode of What's My Starting Lineup.

Instead, Sloan has spent much the preseason reviewing a string of contestants ranging from contenders to pretenders to play alongside point guard Deron Williams, small forward Andrei Kirilenko and the interchangeable power forward/center combination of Mehmet Okur and Carlos Boozer.
