BOISE -- Another package containing a white powder has been reported at the office of the Idaho governor.
The FBI field office in Salt Lake City (which oversees operations in Idaho, Utah and Montana) said it was notified that the package arrived Friday morning at the office of Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter.
