It appears Kim Carver (My View, Sept. 3) would have you believe that The mtn. channel is available to all systems that choose to carry it. Really? Our technical staff built a nascent IPTV system that has carried public access programming to the citizens of Tooele County during election debates (via my high-speed-wireless Internet company). I called The mtn and attempted to obtain the channel for my system. They replied that it was "a la carte programming" and they would not allow that to happen.
