3. KEARNS, Jan. 21 -- Esteban Manuel Saidi, 16, was shot and killed during a fight between two other Kearns High School students about a block away from the school. Saidi was a bystander. Ricky Angilau, 16, was charged as an adult with murder, a first-degree felony.
