MONTE CARLO, Monaco (AP) -- Greek sprinters Kostas Kenteris and Katerina Thanou dropped their appeals Monday of suspensions for missing doping tests before the Athens Olympics. They will remain banned until Dec. 22.

The sprinters accepted the ruling from the Court of Arbitration for Sport after the tribunal rejected their application to have their bans lifted, the International Association of Athletics Federations said.
