Regarding the dog dissection in Gunnison:
What this teacher did is a perfect example of a good thing versus the right thing. It seems fitting to let students learn from an animal that is about to be euthanized, kind of like making sure something good came from its life. This was not an adoptable animal. It felt no pain, was not mistreated in a cruel way, was humanely anesthetized, then euthanized.
