Summary
A 15-year-old girl in Massachusetts hanged herself in the stairway of her family's apartment after being verbally and physically abused while at school for months. Many students and certain faculty, staff and administrators had witnessed and/or had certain knowledge of the abuse but did nothing to stop it.
This girl had no way to escape a public school that offered her no protection. School vouchers would have prevented this tragedy and others like what occurred at Columbine High School.See the full content of this document
