Summary
I used to write letters to the Readers' Forum -- particularly on family issues. Often they were published. I signed myself as vice president of American Mothers. Then I started never being published. Surely it couldn't be because of my association with American Mothers! I recently wrote a letter about abortion. It wasn't printed. But, of course, I was pleased to see this issue was left out in order to make room for letters on important issues such as the merits of charging or not charging for compressed air at gas stations and Marie's performance of "How Great Thou Art."
