WEST VALLEY CITY -- A West Valley couple is calling West Valley City and Utah Department of Transportation officials all wet after spending the past three years complaining, without success, about flooding on the corner of 3500 South and 5700 West.
"People have had to walk out into oncoming traffic just to get around this," said Howard Geesey, standing near a sizable pool of rainwater that had submerged the sidewalk for almost half a block.
