WEST POINT -- In its 160-year history, there has never been a commercial business in West Point.

The city has a few home-based businesses, a golf course and some agricultural vendors, but nothing like what's coming to town. By spring or early summer, a Horizon Credit Union will open its doors, the first in what city leaders hope will be a robust central business district.
