Two Utah community groups that assist victims of torture will honor United Nations International Day in Support of Victims of Torture with a film and discussion about a tragic side note of the Cambodian conflict in the mid-1970s.
The film, "S21: The Khmer Rouge Killing Machine," is presented by The Utah Health & Human Rights Project and Asian Association of Utah in solidarity with more than 34 torture treatment centers in the United States.See the full content of this document
