FARMINGTON -- When you hear county fair, it's easy to think cowboys, rodeos and tractor pulls -- all of which require cowboy boots.

But Davis County wants to extend an invitation to the fair to those who are less farm-inclined. This year's Davis County Fair, set to run Aug. 15-18, is themed "No Boots, No Buckle, No Problem."
