OGDEN (AP) -- A former financial officer who skimmed a company bank account by cutting himself extra monthly paychecks will spend up to 30 years in prison for the embezzlement scheme.
A 2nd District judge ordered the sentence for Charles Craig Tabaracci on Wednesday. In a deal with prosecutors, Tabaracci pleaded guilty to three counts each of theft and communications fraud and one count of money laundering in July.See the full content of this document
