Financial donations to The Arc of Utah, which offers many programs to people with cognitive, intellectual and developmental disabilities, have declined by nearly 50 percent the past year, which has created $70,000 in past-due debt and put bankruptcy as an option the agency must seriously consider.See the full content of this document
