Summary
In this feel-bad world, the Tracy Aviary has come up with a feel- good outing for Utah families: the new exhibit, Destination Argentina. It is the first new exhibit at the facility in 20 years. And it "dovetails" nicely with the current themes of migration and immigration in Utah and Salt Lake City.
The exhibit traces the flight paths of the birds that leave the Great Salt Lake each year and head south -- way south -- for the winter. Then it shows the route they take to return. And at the time when the coming and going of South American nationals is a major issue, the exhibit should appeal both to the folks who have come north to live and those here who hope to learn a little more about our "good neighbors to the south."See the full content of this document
