DENVER (AP) -- A federal judge has postponed depositions in a shareholder lawsuit against Qwest Communications International Inc. and former top executives until Sept. 30 at the request of federal prosecutors conducting a criminal investigation.

Lawyers in the 4-year-old case had scheduled depositions in coming weeks with ex-CEO Joseph Nacchio, ex-chief financial officer Robert Woodruff and director Philip Anschutz.
