CENTERVILLE -- Site plans for a Super Wal-Mart in Centerville have been signed and approved, but a handful of Davis County residents -- long opposed to the project -- are pushing a referendum that asks for a revote on the deal.
David Putnam Jr., who is leading the charge to collect signatures, says the final site plan for Wal-Mart is inadequate. It does not give specific detail about how increased traffic caused by the retail store will be dealt with, he said.See the full content of this document
