Summary
I'm sure most everyone's heard the news by now: Utah has the highest rate of antidepressant use in the nation with a whopping 16% of its population on the drugs.
I think it's high time we change that. Let us not go down in history as the most depressed state in the union. We must not stand back anymore and allow the demon known more commonly as the psychiatrist to drug our children and our other loved ones.See the full content of this document
